Hi! I am Claudia,

 

I have been a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner FNTP since 2008.

My interest in nutrition came as a result of witnessing the healing power of food on my own children from life threatening allergies, chronic digestive and neurological conditions.

​

My approach to achieving and sustaining health involves personalized strategies for adapting to the current world we live in. It is my mission to bring hope and give people the tools and knowledge to thrive in this high-polluted, high-stress environment.

​

I am certified in Biomagnetism I and II (a healing modality that utilizes medium intensity magnets to correct pH imbalances in the body), A.R.T. with Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, MRT with Dr. Louisa Williams and a certified 

Emotion Code Practitioner with Dr. Bradley Nelson. I have studied and tested different diets, including the Gap’s diet, which I learned at the beginning of my journey with the support and mentoring of Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, Paleo diets, Medical Medium Diet, etc. I am currently  taking a Masterclass in Plant-based Clinical Nutrition with Dr. Michael Klaper.

Energy medicine is another one of my passions and I use and recommend acupuncture, homeopathy, Emotion Code, as well as frequency, microcurrent devices and other modalities to complement a good healing plan. Muscle testing by proxy (long distance) is  part of my work and it is a tool that I utilize to further refine the selection of foods, supplements and herbs for each client's healing plan.

I was born and raised in Mexico and bring the experience and perspective of witnessing health at any age outside the conventional health care model. 

 

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband and two sons. I very much enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, walking and learning about nutrition and natural medicine.
